This is a demonstration of an AI analytics overlay for the City of Santa Monica’s collection fleet. It connects what the City already runs — telematics, routes, and 311 — into one live, human-confirmed operating picture. It is software only: no new collection hardware, no change to the City’s exclusive hauling program.
